ORDERS

 

1. How will be my order shipped?

All shipments will be made by our carrier. When transportation is processed you will be sent an email with the tracking data of your order.  You can also track the shipping from your customer account in your order history.

 

2. When will I receive my order?

Delivery will be 1/10 days depends on the destination.

* Orders processed before 2pm aren´t  guaranteed to leave that day, depends on stock and workload. The longer period of time corresponds to remote locations.

 

3. Can you send abroad?

We only send the products to Spain, Portugal and Andorra.

 

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Our customer service online will be happy to assist you if you receive a defective or unsafe article, contact us here and we will answer  you as soon as possible.

 

5. Can I change the product if I bought the wrong size?

Yes, as long as the material is returned unused and in the conditions presented, with all its original packaging intact. It cannot be dirty or scratched. In this case, the postage of return is borne by the customer. It is not considered error of www.g-formshop.es having advised a client on the choice of a particular size or product.

6. I have not received the confirmation email.

The e-mails are sent automatically by the system.

If you have not received, it may have been stored in the spam folder, therefore, we recommend you to look inside all your folders and mark our e-mail address as secure.

If you still didn´t receive it, please contact our customer service here.

 

7. I have not received the order within the time indicated.

If you do not receive your order within the time indicated on our site, please contact as soon as possible with our customer service, as it is very likely that it suffered some type of incident by the carrier.

They will inform you of the status of your order, and attempt to solve the issue as soon as possible.

 

8. G-Form products have a guarantee?

All our products are guaranteed against any flaw in material or workmanship for the period of 2 years from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.

In case of a manufacturing defect, G-Formshop.es will replace the defective product with an identical or similar model available at that time.

In any case, G-Formshop.es is liable for any loss or damage caused to the user or electronic devices due to accident or abuse by the owner.

11. Do I have to register to buy something from the online G-Form Shop?

No. If you do not want to register, you can use the option "Instant Checkout" and you will only have to fill in your personal data and your delivery address.

 

12. Can I register more than one address?

Yes. You can add additional addresses, which is particularly useful if you want to send gifts or receive orders at home or at work.

 

13. What happens if I forget my password?

Click 'Forgot password?' and enter the email that you used to register and we will send you an email with a new password. In the 'Personal Details' section of your customer account you can change the password again.
